This is a new low. First automated call centers that go nowhere. Then chat bots. Technologist like this guy don't get it. Pros: It's funny? Cons: Robots are stupid and I don't want to live in a world where I don't know if I'm speaking to a person or not.

@colbyh - I'm just saying our target customers are not Silicon Valley Tech startups. We're interested in banks and corporates worldwide that are not early adopters.

We have no plans to leave software. It is not "early-adopter tech" - it's millions of companies writing code all around the world.
