yes.. Of course! Forming friendship with colleagues can not only make work more enjoyable, but also provide valuable opportunities for knowledge sharing, collaboration and keeping abreast of important news and updates within the organization. I feel It is very important to make good friends in workplace, it helps you to learn from one another, and grow together.

Not gonna lie apart from it's some common rising concerns like lack of transparency, potential bias, impact on employment, the potential for autonomous decision-making and others, it is a very effective and helpful tool. But my biggest concern is its gonna make the upcoming generation brainless, dumb and indolent.

Loving & accepting myself, I feel like that's not only take care of my mental health, also make me a better person everyday.

I don't use it much like used to in my 1st year of bachelors. However, I did use it around 2 months ago, definitely not an ideal choice for creating appealing presentations.
