I guess, in the beginning it is just a calculated guess.
But when your product matures and you have a history of users, you have more clarity on the Life Time Value (LTV) of your customers.
The LTV will drive your life-time pricing.

One key insight that I learnt early was that make sure that you have only one test going on at a time so that you can attribute all the conversions to that specific test.
When you have multiple tests then it is difficult to pinpoint the exact reason for conversion boost/failure

There are things that I am trying to learn or get better at.

I think the AI label is a double sided sword. End users expect AI to act like magic and figure out what they have in their mind.
Unfortunately AI still depends on the information you give it and then too, it is hit and miss.
This is one of the reasons why we do not mention AI at all on the landing page of anywhere in the HitMVP.com application that we are working on.

Apart from revenue, the founders need somebody to keep them in the right mindset.
The startup journey is filled with ups and downs and keeping the right mindset in all these situations and not losing focus of the startups vision will need external help.

1. Articulate and plan your idea better. Put everything on paper.
2. Take an empty lean canvas template from Google and fill it up. This will help you plan your apps business model in a structured way

1. Study other apps in the same space, specially the ones with bigger budget and larger teams. You can safely assume that they might have done some UX research and in person interviews for the same
