@guidorosso congrats for the launch! I have been a user of Rive for some time, and just fell in love with it, especially for how well and easily it integrates with Flutter for engaging experiences.
Check out what we built with Rive:

Visuals look great, it is quite straightforward screens.
Some remarks hope it can help:
- I found the use of black/white font color in each of the titles a bit confusing. It seems just for design purposes (black for the first word) but it is a bit confusing because it sometimes highlights a word that is not very important. Refer to this (https://play.google.com/store/ap...)...
Launched a pre-order on GooglePlay. Looking for feedback.

Hi Mark thanks for sharing! Can you elaborate on the dramatic mistake? Is it because you ended up spending time and resources on building lots of features without proper user feedback?
Kind of doing the same... took us one year to ship.
Had read somewhere that the mention of MVP is outdated, better consider MVF (minimum viable features), ship quickly, and iterate towards a real product.

Omniscience >> would make the journey too boring maybe
Ubiquity would be very efficient
Time control definitely cool

Cool app! Any plan for android?
Some feedback: saw the stats that 80% of American shoppers use recipes as their starting point for online grocery shopping. I think there is also a purchase pattern when you make groceries for the week to pick up accurate ingredients for a recipe you have in mind, then for the rest buying stuff more "randomly" based on the day's good deal, the seasonality of...

Not using any app, just disabling notifications from the apps that keep on posting ones. Actually not removing all notifications, just on the apps that I find annoying and for which the notifications feel more like spam than real informative or helpful.
On this topic, was about to suggest you check Zario which launched last week, but it seems you already know it!

Somehow! Got an MBA and started working on my first startup. My degree helped me a lot in pitch deck making and prep (strategy, market research,...) as well as for administrative management (accounting, finance, etc..). Now what I feel:
- an MBA in enterpreneurship can be double-edged, as one might spend naturally a lot of time "powerpointing" - while in early stage, I believe product...
Are you *actually using your degree in your current job/role?

Giving some update on this one.
We are now actually getting some people enabling the skill!
So far our analysis shows direct correlation between social media promotion (not paid) and skill download.
Wonder if discoverability within the skill store will play at some point (as it is for appstore/playstore)

App promo video for launch - must or nice to have?
For those who have already released an app on Appstore / Playstore / ProductHunt: can you share your opinion about the app promo video: do you think it is a must that will determine the success of your launch or just something nice to have?
Also please share your experience on how you created such promo material in early-stage (tools, templates, use of freelance services,...)
Thanks!

In Japan (but I guess it is similar in other markets, just need to find the relevant platform):
- use a PR platform where you can post your own articles of progress made by your startup (in JP for example PRTimes)
- the platform feeds journalists that are following up on some startup or industry topics
- through the platform, you can also reach out to journalists, and get some direct connection...

Hi, thanks for sharing this! Would it be possible to share more about how you achieved within 1.5 year to reach 215.000+ users organically? Especially it seems you did not rely much on ASO, so how did you trigger the start - especially for a platform product that would maybe have limited value for the first users if not so many people using the app? Did you leverage other channels (Instagram,...

18 years! Well, it was quite a big multinational company, so had the opportunity to be dispatched around in various subsidiaries/countries, but still kept my contract in the mothership for 18 years.
Your longest time working at the same company?

Manufacturing quality auditor. Traveled the world, audited supplier production lines, told very competent engineers with 20+ yrs experience how the client wanted them to do... urgh I feel a ashamed of how frustrated they must have felt about that. Anyway it was a great first job with a lot of learnings.
What was your first job?

I believe the rating system of some platforms tends to push ratings more positive than they should be. Some platforms ask you to firstly rate your satisfaction, then the freelancer will rate you in return. If you are willing to keep on using the platform, you would like to avoid bad ratings, therefore even when you are not fully satisfied, you may want to avoid too negative ratings/comments...
Freelance platforms, do they need an update?

We joined an accelerator when we were quite early stage - no product, just a concept, a vision and a nice slide deck. Looking back on that experience, I think rightly choosing the timing you join an accelerator is a critical element. Join too early and you will not be able to leverage much. Join too late and you might just waste your time. In our case, the biggest benefit we got was to network...

Users ... definitely.
Spent a lot of time strategizing, designing and building the product. Somehow neglected the "build the community of early adopters" part and now struggling to reach them to move to next step of iteration/improvement.
What are your biggest challenges as an early stage founder?
