Little late to this, but I just wanted to say: before this update I loved 1SE, now I'm ecstatic about it. Thanks for making such a great product.

Just now coming across this. Super cool project! If we end up using it, hopefully I can contribute to it as well!

Hello everyone!
As a long time reader of product hunt, I'm excited to share a project that I've started up.
A couple of months ago, I tried to find a site that covered software vulnerabilities targeted towards engineers. My thought was that by keeping up with recent vulnerabilities, I could learn not to repeat the mistakes myself.
I couldn't find anything, so I decided to try creating a...

Secure engineering takeaways from software vulnerabilities
A Learning Opportunity is a free newsletter that covers recently disclosed software vulnerabilities. It covers the stories in just enough depth that developers can glean what actions could have been taken to prevent the vulnerabilities.

This looks really promising! For how many trip planning apps there are, they always fall flat for me and I end up back on my note taking app.

This is really cool! Right now I’m on SmugMug. I love to company, and the product is fine, but possibly overkill for what I need. Might give it another year and then circle back to this.

Website for building a newsletter
I remember seeing a site awhile back that allowed you to stand up a newsletter really quickly. It felt a lot more like a blogging platform than email marketing campaign platform. On its homepage it listed out all the newsletter subscribe to, some were paid and some were free.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I love this. I remember checking out Day One a long time ago, but I ended up going with @1secondeveryday instead. Although I think 1SE still fits my needs better, I'm hopefully to see similar updates come to it.

I’m curious how you all work to make the product work across candidates who are diverse culturally. I’ve seen so many tools (not necessarily in the same market) that work great until they’re used on minorities or people from different backgrounds from the developers.

Love that they aren't being super up front that it's owned by facebook. They know how tarnished their brand is.

These book look really cool. I wanted to add them to a list of kids books on bookself.app, but don't see them there. I also don't see them on goodreads. Is this on you all or the respective apps?
