Seeking Advice on How to Help 150+ Learners on our Developer Education Platform Secure Jobs
Our French-speaking developer education platform has been growing steadily since we started last October, but we wanted to kick things up a notch and see if we could attract more learners. We decided to try a direct marketing campaign and set a goal to get 100+ sign-ups to our community on WhatsApp in just one week. We reached out to our WhatsApp groups in our network, targeted online...

I agree with your post! Thanks for sharing!
I have a friend in Ukraine who obviously doesn't want to return to remote work anymore. A few days ago also, I got a message from Discord from a professional who wanted to know about working with us. And of course, he wanted to know if we allowed remote work.
Well, we're an early stage startup. We've raised no funding yet; we're 3. We're a software...

3 out of 4 times when I'm on YouTube, I do wish there was a repeat button. Can you guess why I'm putting out this post right now? It's simply because I've just played a favourite song of mine while I'm doing something else. But now, the song has stopped and I just gotta replay it myself. No. I just want to leave the song on repeat as I'd do on a music player.

Repeat feature for YouTube
Am I the only one that thinks YouTube needs a 'put on repeat' feature? Do you understand my question? Or does it have? Have you ever thought of this too? What's your take on this? Would love to hear your opinions.

I doubt if anyone could do without Grammarly today. Feels like we're all living in Grammarly's world. No other extension comes to mind.

Though at my startup, we have come up with 3 GTM strategies, I still find myself thinking often, Are these the best for us? What have other founders done that have worked for them?
Our 4 GTM strategies are 1) Direct/Email marketing 2) SEO/Organic search 3) Content marketing
What do you think? Thank you as you share.

My first paying customer was someone whom I had known quite well. I had asked her to be a pilot customer, and she was a good one. I figured out that she got value from our app. So I requested for to be a paying customer; I gave a good offer and discount. And she was interested.
How did you acquire your first paying customer?

This might be weird, but I do wish social apps had an 'undo' button. I make mistakes and always wished I could just undo them.
What features do you like the most on your favorite social media app?

We applied for YC S22. Our application was great; we were reviewed and helped by Stripe. I'm truly not sure we'll get selected, but still, I'm motivated more than ever to make this startup work out and make it into YC!

What's your take on this? Do you think people want this? NFTs are the trends today. And many people want to get started with them, but the problem is how to get something fit to sell as an NFT. Paying a designer would costly. Designing one would take time.

Shutterstock for NFTs
What do you all think about this idea, building a stock NFTs website? Not a traditional NFT marketplace but a place where you could get NFTs and pieces for NFTs and then resell on places like Opensea.

You should read a lot. And it's also good to engage in a lot of practical stuff, especially tasks that are challenging. Learning from others goes a very long way too.

I actually prefer to read articles and blog posts. I might just skim through or break it all down and digest the bits painstakingly. I feel like reading is more effective for me. The problem with video is that don't have the patience except it's a video less than 3 minutes.
How do you learn new stuff: read blogs or watch videos?
