I'm doing the "low back" rehab. I used to be in lots of pain after heavy lifting etc. I'm much much better and only at third of the program total duration.
I really want to keep doing this exercises after the program ends as a to prevent any regression.
Its like having a PT correcting you all the time and cheering you up.
