A good deal of it goes to being customer-focused and also mission. The trick is to find a systematic way to:
Understand customer needs -> develop solutions/execute -> iterate and get customer feedback
It’s simple to state it but actually very difficult to implement. Startups who succeed tend to have figured this system out and use it robustly
How do you come up with ideas for new features (products)?

What are the best mobile app growth hacking resources for very early stage startups?
As we bring 2022 to a close, what are the must-know-about Growth Hacking resources for early stage startups? If you are a founder or even if you're in charge of marketing & growth... what are the blogs, communities, newsletters, etc... that you must be reading right now? Bonus for resources that focus on consumer-facing mobile apps.

What is the evidence that twitter is struggling? I rather think that all the scandals and bad news ultimately brings people TO the platform now away from it.
But I’d like to hear what others think about it
Who is interested in building a Twitter alternative?

I tend to think of this as "taking your medicine" - for example when you have a cold. The user's attention is elsewhere (sick, thinking about all the work they have to make up), body is tired...

I've generally found that strategically placed discount (for ex: lost leaders) tend to accomplish two things for us:
1 - upsell/xsell other (strategic) products, and
2 - drive overall brand recognition and affinity.
The main trick is to be wise with what you intend to discount. For example, if you discount a camera, some subset of your customers will opt to buy film (sorry for the archaic...
Black Friday is very close. Do you plan to offer discounts?

Your landing page looks fine but of course there is always room for improvement. Here's a couple of immediate thoughts:
1 - your hero picture is not the best. It looks convoluted and the color scheme clashes with your page's colors. I suspect you can have a better/larger photo that a) captures attention, and b) explains the benefits visually
2 - consider a/b testing specific aspects of the...
