Always a need for this capability. From years of managing a social media presence, including blog comments, I can say it's all about good moderation tools. Automatic spam controls, trust thresholds, necroposting controls, notifications for prompt response by the right person, etc.
Too often, comment sections begin with all the good intentions in the world but end in sadness and frustration....

I was hoping we'd also get to hear from folks inside the company about what some of the actual tradeoffs are and how they arrived at them. Good content, just not what I was expecting based on the name.

Tried this app today with a Stitcher podcast and it just hung. Never finished processing the clip. I was excited to use it, though! Ended up just sharing the link in a tweet: https://twitter.com/fosteronomo/status/1141690898373402624

As a heavy consumer of podcasts I have always wished for a better way to share key snippets...but the biggest challenge is actually that I am usually driving a car or lawn mower when I hear the bit I want to share. Some kind of voice trigger that would bookmark the clip and remind me when I'm at my laptop...or even let me share in the moment is what I most want.

My team has worked to build a pretty deep understanding of the problem space and this design treatment (which we call Simplified User Interface or SUI) and to teach content teams how to apply it in their technical docs, tech training, and marketing content. It's super valuable as a way to focus the user's attention but also to avoid having to update the docs quite as often. We've even built...

I use Calendly to automate the scheduling of customer insight calls. This extension will save me time when grabbing a calendly link to put in an email or LinkedIn message. Awesome!
Would write more but I need to run to a customer call that effortlessly popped onto my calendar this week via Calendly. :D

Slick idea to unbundle this popular feature from graphic editors. One other thought about stripping metadata: using a tool like Snagit to take a screenshot of a photo is another way to remove the original metadata like photo location or date/time.

Hey all, super excited to be launching the new TechSmith Snagit 2018 🚀.
Snagit is all about making it easy for people who understand a technology or interface to visually explain and document it for people who don’t. It’s been heavily adopted by tech writers, trainers, support agents...and plenty of others who work in and around software.
For this new version we focused on a very specific...

I really like the view screen concept but what I most want from a solution like this is 100% peace of mind that pics and videos are backed up...along with effortless de-duplication...and freeing up of space on my mobile devices. This article sets off all kinds of alarm bells for me; there's too much uncertainty about whether my data has truly been backed up:...

I made my first Felt recently and my wife received it in the mail yesterday. It looks really nice and was a fun surprise.
The experience of using the app was delightful. It pretty much anticipated everything I wanted to do and the workflow was logical. I did switch to a super simple stylus midway through and found it improved the experience of writing on the screen. But it wasn't too bad by...

Hi Ramy, very cool idea. Not sure what tools you might be using to generate the GIFs but wanted to give you a head's up that the new Camtasia for Mac 2.9 release today adds iOS device capture and GIF output. Just in case that's useful. :)

@bracco - what a fun app! Now just add an option to export the GIF to my new Popkey keyboard and everything will fall into place. :)
I noticed that the JibJab app doesn't (yet?) have an app preview video in the store. If you're looking for an easy way to make one, this tool we're building might come in handy: http://appshow.techsmith.com
