Is AI becoming a fad term?

Every day, I'm seeing 'AI' software placing in the top slots. With the recent breakthroughs in AI, there's of course going to be an uptick in startups that emerge as a result - but I'm wondering if AI is getting reduced to a marketing-level term. Keen to hear everyone's thoughts! I'm even seeing large companies AI-washing things. I hope AI doesn't become the next 'Blockchain'!
