I work with Antetype for five years. Since then it made some decent steps towards a grown-up prototyping tool. Nowadays it serves me well on certain projects. Whenever I need to prototype for web, Antetype is my favorite choice due to the excellent layouting capabilities and the flexibility to use custom CSS/JS/HTML. I also really like the new cloud features as this will speed up my workflow....
