In my case, I want to solve a simple one: helping new devs getting started with all the basic knowledge they need.
Currently, online tutorials are more meant for experienced devs looking for a specific answer than for new devs. The latter don't have the experience to back them up once they finish a particular tutorial.
Ideally, with "From Zero to Prod", they'll end each project knowing...

It's only taken me 20 years, but I've finally figured out one of the major causes of "tutorial hell" new developers tend to suffer, and that's the actual tutorials!
99% of online tutorials only scratch the surface of development, and you're left wondering how to keep going.

I chose 1 week, but thanks to ChatGPT I actually built the prototype and published it in a single weekend. I've been tweaking it and adding features to it ever since.

SEO, create content around your niche, and add CTA's or mention your business as part of the content.
Personally I think it takes a while to get some traction, but it's the only one with potential to grow on its own.
