Package Return app
Do you prefer dropping off your packages to a courier location(UPS/FEDEX/USPS) yourself or will use an app that will pickup the package from door step and drop off to the carrier and save you an errand.
Fyi, we have already launched the WAAPIS, so we want to get public opinion on this. Thanks

Since our startup WAAPIS offers package return from home, so we are offering free package returns to our customers.

Advise on product launch
We have launched our app WAAPIS, that provides package return service from home.
We are trying to solve the problem where we have to go physically to UPS/FEDEX/USPS to return our packages and we are offering this service at very low cost by pooling many packages in a single pickup trip.
At the same time, the app provides gig drivers the flexibility to control how much they make in each trip...
WAAPIS offers the only mobile app based service to tackle the first mile of return logistics i.e. enabling users to return packages without leaving their home. Drivers registered in the app select desired number of pickup requests and drop them off to the selected courier

Returning package is the only aspect of e-commerce which still requires in person involvement.
