I had been trying to cut down on desserts (had put on a some pounds 🙈) - but always fell for temptation at the last minute (can't resist them 🍪🍫 when I see them).
After a while of trying and failing, friend (who was also looking to eat healthy) and I came up with a "game" - we said we both would only eat 2 servings of desserts a week and pay the other $5 for every time we ate more than that....

NoMo is a simple 2-player "game" to help you cut down on habits you don't like. The game design uses a cash based penalty + accountability driven by a buddy (of your choice) to keep you from indulging too much :)
