Did you have an early-access signup process?
Early access doesn't seem to be a universal must for products. So if you did one, I'd love to hear about your process and if you felt it was successful. If you're on the other side of the coin (either decided not to run one or felt it wasn't successful or worth it) that would be great to hear too.

What is the most tedious part of your day
For me it's the start. I shutdown my machine and have to restart all my software in the morning and sometimes remembering where I left off is impossible 😂

Where do you go for alpha users?
Is there anywhere in particular you like to post your application that is good for finding early stage users?
(Maybe like ProductHunt but pre-release)

How much work is it for you to digitally switch between context's?
For example,
- When you're switching between projects for work
- When you're switching between work projects and personal projects
- When you're switching between classes for school
- When your computer starts/restarts and you have to open everything back up

What are your "core" apps?
For example, on a daily basis I typically rotate through Reddit, Twitter, Slack and Discord. I have a small handful of apps outside of those that I go out of my way to check. What would be your list of apps that you feel you need to check regularly?

My first cast iron skillet. I was caught completely off-guard by how much easier it makes cooking things evenly.
What cooking related tools have you picked up since quarantine started?

From what I've been studying, people don't know WHAT they want. They know what they want SOLVED. People didn't know they wanted can openers until they had to open a can
Do people know what they want, or should we create products that we want?

Creating a plan to validate my idea.
There's a lot of advice floating around about the idea of validating demand for products before spending the time creating them. It's been made clear that it's an important step to take, especially as an indie developer. But while the philosophy is talked about quite a bit I feel like there's been very little actionable advice about the steps to take. I've decided this morning to take a shot at...

When was the last time you shared something food/cooking related?
And why did you share it? Was it the first time you made it? Did it look so good you couldn't help but show it off?

Personally I'm finding a community/audience to build a product for, rather than just building a product and hoping someone likes it. So it's not that I'm not working towards being a founder, but rather I'm working slower in hopes of building something that lasts.
People who want to become a founder, what is stopping you from becoming one?

It depends. From my experience the docs provided by the authors/developers/maintainers are guaranteed to be more accurate than anything you'll find second hand (youtube, stack, etc). They might mean well and be useful for very specific issues, but I feel it's similar to asking the waitress how they made your steak (hint: they didn't). Additionally, the only way to have hands-on knowledge is to...

What do you wish you had known before you started your first business?
Was there more legal or mechanical knowledge you wish you had? Did something catch you off guard? I'd love to hear what helped you get through the growing pains of starting your first business.
