Yes, I've heard many creators say that they experiment with different thumbnails and titles too, I think many creators use thumbnails as a sort of a "second title", and in my experience, I'll read the text on the thumbnail before the actual title

There is none, but keep in mind, innovation can only come from understanding, without a proper knowledge of the industry or field of study you wish to innovate in you'll end up creating a lot of "solutions in search of a problem", how and at what age people gain this knowledge is hard to tell, some people, like Steve Jobs for example, had an intuitive understanding of what we might refer to...

Hi there! Zero to one is amazing but in my opinion, Gap Selling has more practical "boots on the ground" advice, I also recommend never split the difference

I'll add my 2 cents, if you're b2b and plan on doing cold outreach, prioritize cold calls over emails, cold calls suck, no one wants to do them, and that's why they work.
