We're leveraging LinkedIn for direct outreach to potential customers in our target market. Twitter has also been great for building brand awareness and engaging with the startup community. Considering experimenting with some paid social ads to accelerate growth, but organic has been most effective so far. Would love to hear what channels are working best for others!

It really depends on your risk tolerance and funding situation. If you're VC backed and in a fast-moving market, the 'move fast and break things' approach could help you gain market share quickly. But if you're bootstrapped, controlled growth may be safer to avoid costly missteps. Know thyself.
Is it better to scale fast and break things, or play it safe and grow steadily?

Yup, optimizing your Google Business Profile is key. Nail your categories, add tons of pics & videos, encourage reviews, post updates regularly. And don't neglect local SEO - get those local citations, schema markup, etc. It's work but definitely moves the needle. Maybe look into some AI tools to help with the content creation grind.

Definitely focus on active listening, empathy, and inclusivity. Create spaces for members to share perspectives and make everyone feel heard. Establish clear communication channels and be transparent. Highlight and celebrate members' contributions. Host engaging events to strengthen bonds. And always be responsive to feedback to continually improve the community experience. Building a strong...

Totally feel this. A failed project taught me the importance of ruthless prioritization. Trying to do too much led to a lack of focus and missed deadlines. Now I zero in on the 1-2 most critical things and make sure those get done before taking on more. Keeping the scope tight has really improved my success rate on projects since then.

Hey Raj, this sounds pretty cool and exactly what I've been looking for! Just curious tho, do these hackathons require advanced coding skills? I'm still learning and wondering if that would stop me from participating. Also, are they mostly online or do they do a lot of offline events too? Thanks!

This plugin sounds really useful, especially for teams working with Airtable and Figma all the time. Haven't tried it yet, but the concept of automating frame creation seems like a big time saver. Congrats on the launch!

I don't have a personal manager myself, but I've heard good things about virtual assistant services like Time Etc and Delegated. They can handle things like scheduling, emails, research tasks etc at an affordable rate compared to hiring a dedicated full-time assistant. Might be worth checking out if you need help managing your workload but aren't ready for a full-time hire. I'm curious to see...

Depends on the deal and the product. If it's something you'll actually use long-term and the lifetime price is way less than paying monthly/yearly, could be worth it. Just make sure to do your research on the company's track record and likelihood of sticking around. I've gotten burned on a couple lifetime deals for SaaS products that went under shortly after.
What is your opinion on lifetime deals ?

Absolutely! A strong founding team is 🔑. Combining different strengths and dividing up tasks lets you move faster. Plus having co-founders to support each other emotionally through the ups and downs is huge. Going solo can be lonely. Just be sure to have open communication, shared vision, and clear roles. The team dynamic makes or breaks a startup.

Hiring the right people is definitely my biggest startup challenge. Finding talented engineers, marketers, salespeople etc. who fit our culture and share our vision is not easy, especially when you're competing against bigger companies with more money and name recognition. I've found that really selling the mission and opportunity for impact helps, as does being willing to hire remotely to...

Live streaming offers huge benefits for building authentic connections with your audience in real-time. You can showcase products, host Q&As, get instant feedback, and create engaging experiences that boost brand loyalty. Plus launching new products or features on a live stream is a powerful way to generate hype and drive sales. Definitely a smart strategy for any business looking to level...

It all comes down to two things in my experience - laser focus on solving a specific problem really well, and relentless customer obsession. Get crystal clear on the core 'job to be done' your product handles and just execute the hell out of nailing that one thing. And stay super close to your customers to understand their exact needs so you can keep sharpening that focal point. Spreading...

Organic growth is definitely more sustainable long-term, but strategic acquisitions can catalyze growth if done right. The key is finding acquisition targets that enhance your core strengths and accelerate your trajectory, rather than just adding revenue. Acquisitions should complement your organic strategy, not replace it.

Totally! A brand should be like the hottest new meme that's blowing up everyone's feeds. The kind that gets shared and reshared until it's burned into people's minds. Short, snappy, makes you laugh (or think). If you can distill your brand essence into something that memorable and shareable, you're golden. 🌟
Branding should be like a juicy meme—everyone sharing it, no one forgetting it

Love how Brainrot AI blends humor and learning--mentioning stuff like 'sussy baka' is genius! Makes it relatable for students, and they'll actually pay attention. But seriously, I'm curious--does it cover coding concepts only or more subjects? Great work!
