Where do you think the gaps are in this crowded space -- there seem to be so many players that I'm curious what made you as a maker throw your hat into the ring and what you maybe disagree with in these teams' execution?

We use iterable and it's amazing how well they've nailed the workflow for email campaigns- everything from managing audiences to (my favorite feature) previewing how an email will be rendered across major email clients on desktop and mobile.

Gijs- that's correct we are US only for the moment due to our focus on cellular connectivity. We're looking for the right countries to expand to in 2015 and that's a function of whether their wireless pricing/coverage/etc makes this a viable alternative to landlines and VOIP

Dan- completely agree with you about where the opportunity lies. The question is how you get to that 'deep integration' you are referring to. Integrations are easy in the world of web services- the pipes are rich and the applications very tolerant to the turbulent environment of the open internet.
