Congrats on the launch team! Excited to be a small part. How do you think about the global reviews vs customized reviews in terms of relative fit? In that some person may be a perfect co-worker for you but a terrible fit for me. This is such a fascinating problem space. I'm excited for the impact this will have in terms of helping make better matches between employees and companies!
