Previously, I was an early engineer at Box and founder of Fangcloud.com During my gap year In 2021, I met over 100 talented young individuals and helped 10 of them secure new jobs. I realized that many talented people lack fulfilling careers not due to a lack of skills or excellence, but because they don’t have the same access to information and opportunities as those residing in city centers, leading to a glaring inequality in career opportunities.
