I am an Innovation Manager with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. My mission is to teach and apply design thinking, a human-centered approach to problem-solving, to create and deliver solutions that meet market needs and generate value. My core competencies include ideation, validation, prototyping, business modelling, and product management. I have led and contributed to multiple innovation initiatives and activities, co-creating next-generation products and services with partners and customers across various domains, such as fintech, AI, and digital transformation. As a speaker and lecturer, I share my insights and best practices on innovation and design thinking, and inspire others to adopt a problem-solving mindset.
