Do you monitor your DORA metrics?
DORA metrics for delivery performance is all around now, do you monitor those as well? If yes, do you have devops in the team? Did you adapt any changes to improve your metrics?
if no: What else metrics do you follow? Why don't you find dora useful?

yes, especially for analytics. its better to see them in a visual way to understand the impact.
for example, one of our clients developer onboarding took 63 days and the turnover is around 13 months. so when we visualize the developer experience and put it to numbers it made a huge difference for the company.

I think NetworkTal should add more details to profiles of the trainers. they just have title without any past experience.

Keeping all the videos, sheets, contracts, powerpoint slides and everything else in just one link for customers is just incredibly helpful. There's no confusion on what's where, and which document was sent and which wasn't. Our team loves this.

Alternatives to sentry.io
sentry.io is pricy for us. we are looking for a solution cheaper with fewer feature set. can someone recommend?

Automate everything you can, here is mine,
- saved replies like, "please schedule a time from here..", "I will be at the office in an hour"
- use mimestream app - better than apple mail, supports gmail labels and other gmail specific features.
- use labeling a lot and automate them
- use filtering for emails containing body, title including "join us", "read the blog", "shipped" and else..

"I can't remember a single time when I posted on SO without fearing that I might make some dev somewhere scoff when seeing my question."
Just don't give a fck. SO business model and existence depends on your questions. Most of the time juniors reply as you mentioned, this is because they are juniors.

Anyone using fathom analytics?
We integrated fathom to our product landing page https://iftrue.co
There are so little event tracking mechanisms compared to google analytics. I want to know if any professional online marketing person used fathom and has tips to us.

first of all define the failure. not being featured doesn't mean you don't have a bad product, you should understand why it got that way.
I believe you should embrace the failure as much as you celebrate success. If you fail on your own terms, take comments as a free advice to make your product/solution great. you are not the product you make..
