Make everyone's voice equally being heard at meetings, especially for introverts
As an introvert, when I work for a corp job, I don't like to speak in public - because of this fear, when we do brainstorming/ideation sessions, I just listen to the loudest voice in the room, and follow their thoughts. It is kind of cheating but it makes me feel comfortable staying in my zone.
Recently, I realized this is not only about me. Therefore, I'm building something (Ideaio:...

It is like hunger, emotion - it comes and go. If you give it enough time and little attention, it will impact you less - at least this works for me.
How do you deal with self-doubt? 🤔

How to set up the right brainstorming/ideation process?
The most common way setting up brainstorming session is - form a group of people and let them speak aloud without criticism or limitations, and then collect the thoughts via sticky notes on the whiteboard. Do you think the immediate thought is valuable? Is this type of brainstorming session effective for you?
What is the process you set up for your team to collect thoughts?

What about a remote work future without meetings?
Remote work is trendy in COVID and it will become a normal setting even after the pandemic.
Why do people still need face-to-face meetings if we can use async communication tools to gather thoughts?

What bothers you in an async communication?
“The boundaries between once-discrete areas of work—brainstorming, team meetings, casual conversations in the hallway—are collapsing.” - Bill Gates (link: https://www.gatesnotes.com/About-Bill-Gates/Year-in-Review-2021)
Yes, we upvoted Bill's comments. My co-founder and I often discuss ideas remotely as we live in different cities. We feel the pain that our discussion sometimes leads to no...

First, great job! I believe this takes a lot of effort and self-discipline as well as hard work! I am just curious why build so many apps instead of focusing on one of them and grow it?

Wrong. Don't set such limited beliefs upon yourself. You are what you believe. Be cautious about that.

I used softr to build landing pages. Very intuitive. No blame for Webflow - but for me it's kind of an overkill - I don't need fancy animations or laser-level pixel finetune.

separate content from styling. Softr does a good job in it. Using templates to reduce non-UX person's mental stress on making things beautiful, and let me focus on the real information I want to pass to users.

Always. I never regretted doing so for my 30+ years on this planet.
I graduated with an art bachelor degree and self-taught myself coding and then got into MSFT/google as an engineer. I felt my life is too comfortable. Then I joined startups and worked as a product manager, and then after they went public. I felt my mission was completed. Then I quit again.

One reason I quit Podia is email sending to the audience. The delay time is long - I usually wait for 30 minutes to send marketing emails to my list. That's the reason I quit and switch to ConvertKit after a week of trial. Just my personal experience.
Why do you like Gumroad over Podia?
