This company is full of lies and scams. First they failed to switch over one cell I owned money on. Then I had to pay it in full before it went to collections. While we were with ATT my wife had a 3gb plan and never went over. Every month while we were on wing she would go over her data they will charge me for more data. Keep in mind we were at home during COVID and she still went over her...

Better customer service. They only text or email they will not talk to you on the phone. They did not cover one of the phones I own so I had to pay for an iPhone to att up front. Hands down I regret switching!!!! Don’t do it unless you want head ace.
