Iām a marketer, coach, and entrepreneur who helps mission-driven companies scale. Previously, I was a Growth Lead at On Deck, where I led new product launches from 0-1 and ran growth for a portfolio of programs through process-driven experimentation. Prior to that, I was a founder and went through accelerators like Next36, the DMZ, and the On Deck Fellowship. I'm also a coach and I work with founders and operators at pre-seed to series B companies to help them grow their companies, their teams, and themselves.
