No uploads required / there is no option for it.
This extension shows bookmarks in new tab. It manages chrome folders and bookmarks and works offline. It doesn't upload data.
It can move, delete, create, search bookmarks etc. It mainly shows all bookmark in a full new tab occasionally. TIP: use right click.
