I like the idea of launching a service like this on PH - unique approach - I am curious to see how many of the folks launching will be looking for these types of service providers but maybe in the thread you could express as to why this should be a buy VS build situation for any startup looking to hit X milestone?

@suvrat Killer launch! Congrats on the big day. I quite like this for sales teams trying to take a more personal route for outreach.

Looking at tools like Arcade / Supademo for the user journey. - also analytics tools to see where they're churning / why things aren't sticky enough - like @ivarsmas said - posthog / hotjar / mixpanel etc.

I think they also drop based on your activity

I think posting on your company profile and sharing on your personal is the best strategy for authority / initial visibility. Once your page starts to generate more traction you can do the reverse - post insights about industry stuff - maybe more personal or anecdotal and repost from the company page like "our lead dev's insights on the market"

I think they remove bot comments / upvotes / follows.

Engage prior to launch and reach out to folks on LinkedIn / offer in-kind support.

I am hoping our mailing list and beta cohorts will fill that void but otherwise - Product launches / paid media and 1 to 1 outreach will be where we land.

@akshay_deo Super smart idea and congrats on the launch! Good to see product releasing that aren't simply AI overlays of GPT with some niche specific prompts but still exist within that AI ecosystem.

@gorns big congrats on the launch! I am still a little uncertain as to HOW this functions - is it a layover? an app? seems like a super solid mission but as a prospect I am curious as to again - HOW this works - and how it will integrate into my stack if its of interest.

@mika_hally3 + @yilmaz_koknar2 I really like the idea of you attacking the Whatsapp / FB / IG segment as there is less saturation in that space vs a site specific bot that responds to queries. Is the main goal to hit that SMB segment for users who may be running a business on their own / with a very small team / without much in the realm of support channels? Or is it more geared at orgs...

@honeymittal Congrats on the launch! Seems like a killer product specifically for the niche you're in! I am curious - 500k devs sounds like a lot to get on board. How did you first make them aware of the value add of the product and are those 500k all paid users? Pretty neat to get that type of mass adoption and I'd love to hear more about how you were able to hit that scale.
