This looks very similar to Payoneer, with the difference that Payoneer issues you a physical MasterCard. I believe the fees are also different in that I don't think Payoneer charges you for loading it.

This is literally something that I've been waiting on for quite some time now. Photos is by far the most useful photo storage I've ever used. Being able to type in a query and for it to find an image you were looking for is super useful, and mind blowing at the same time.
