I wish I could pick them all! Haha. Even though I opted to go w/ micro and macro breaks, I think managing time, managing energy seems super important and appealing. I often see myself and those I manage focus primarily on how best to utilize finite time w/o thinking about how different parts of a day or week correlate to my having more or less energy to do SPECIFIC tasks.

Another helpful tip is to do an audit of work that can be done asynchronously (e.g. document review) versus having to do it in a meeting. Many teams often have standing meetings that once served a purpose, but not longer do or that can be repurposed to doing some of the work that was done IN the meeting offline.
How to work effectively across two time zones and avoid burnout? 😭
