I'm currently reading "The Art of Community" and like it very much. Another interesting read not strictly on the topic was "The Culture Code".
You can also watch The Communities Show or better yet, join the Discord and discuss with fellow minded folk: @annadante and @iwozik .
What resources would you advice me to read on community building?π

This is a bunch of cool people doing a very cool show. What's important is that each episode is focused on a different topic and each brings lots of insights and actionable advice for current and future community builders.
There's a downside to watching that as well: after I started, I now often catch myself thinking "yeah, this product would be much better if there was a community based...

I'd say focus on customers. Perform some surveys and figure out whether they problems actually comes from the problem you see (lack of templates) or maybe from something entirely else.
As @anastasia_shch told me several times: "you are not your customer". You may think you know their needs, but you're no tin their head. It is possible their find other aspects of your product more problematic.

Pandemic ethics. COVID-19 and promoting a product.
Pandemic ethics. How do you feel when COVID-19 is used to promote products?
Examples:
- an online store emphasizing that it is safer to order instead of going to physical stores
- a call-enter emphasizing that direct sales are less effective due to the pandemic
- remote work software using COVID-19 as one of the reasons for switching to this mode of operation

Hi everyone!
I've started working on a new project and doing some research for it. Do you have 2 minutes to spare and answer a few questions about your favorite beverages? Sharing is also appreciated!

It depends on the stage. Are you trying to figure out whether something is worht pursuing or are you looking for early users to sell your idea to.
For the first use case, we have been hosting an event called Idea Squash where people meet, share their ideas, and get instant feedback from other participants. If you have a diverse group of creative people around, you can try this as well!
How do you guys validate new ideas?

I don't know why, but 6 hours of charge feels a bit too low for me. The true wireless are always a trade-off in these regards, I'm afraid.
Besides: how does the producer quote compare to the actual results?

The main strategy is to find a product I want to build with it. With that, I am looking for resources helping me find my way around the new tool.
For you use case, you can take an existing Open Source product such as Notejam or maybe something more complicate and build a CI/CD pipeline around it using the tools you want to learn.
What are your strategies or processes to learn a stack or a Tool (K8S, Ansible, Docker, Jenkins)?
