They don't treat their customers fairly IMO. I recently lost my job to Covid-19, and I forgot to cancel my Buildbox Indie subscription in all the turmoil. This week they auto renewed my subscription for $199 and they refuse to give me a refund, even though I don't use it anymore. There are many more such stories. Since AppOnBoard acquired this company I no longer have faith in the Buildbox...
