Tell me how you translate your product now? AI or translators?
There's a debate about whether translators will still be needed in the future with AI. In my opinion, translators won't disappear, but their role may change.
I can't fully trust AI translations into Chinese, Japanese, etc. So, I still order proofreading from translators.
How do you translate your products now? Could you share your experience?

I am happy to announce that Nitro’s third launch on Product Hunt has arrived 😺 For me, this shows the quality and speed at which the product is developing. And speed is what defines our work and the results obtained this time.

Hey Product Hunt!
Diana, Nitro’s product manager here 👋
It’s been 8 months since our first launch on PH, and we’re super excited to introduce to you our big update 🔥
When we launched Nitro, our professional translation platform, users could only paste plain text for translation, and then copy the finished translation back into a Google Doc, Google Sheet or .json file.
But wouldn’t it be...

Hello Product Hunt,
I'm a Product manager at Nitro. We are very excited to share the results of our long-term efforts and ideas from each team member. Some of Nitro’s features were a success, others were a flop, but as a result we’ve made a product that solves the problem for people who need short or ad hoc translations into other languages.
We’ve gone through many iterations and thoroughly...

As a kid, I wanted to become an archaeologist to reveal the mysteries of the ancient world to people of the modern world. And perhaps to find Atlantis 🙂
Then I watched the movie View from the Top (2003) and got excited about becoming a flight attendant to travel the world.
I ended up working as a Product manager who is striving for making the world a bit more simple and convenient for others...

Must-see movies for product managers: your recommendations?
Recently I have watched a couple of movies the main characters of which are the perfect product managers in my eyes 😍 they are Moneyball (2011) and The Founder (2016).
The cool thing is that these movies are based on real-life events and they got me really inspired with their message to get a new angle on your challenge/product. As if these movies are telling us: "The problem is not in the...

Here is my experience with this dilemma. We use the side navigation on our human translation platform Nitro and on the company’s website. These are my reasons to chose the side navigation:
1. The side menu is always visible, it doesn’t disappear when you scroll down.
2. A vertical list is easier to skim through (with horizontal menu, your eyes have to move first horizontally, then vertically to...

Product manager’s eternal dilemma: top vs. side navigation?
Hey Product Hunt folks,
I’m a product manager and I’ve been pondering over this dilemma for a long time.
When creating a multi-page desktop product, this question always comes up: left-side navigation or top navigation? Both options come with advantages and disadvantages, making it hard to choose.
Which one do you use in your product and why? Will be happy to hear your thoughts on the topic!

Wow, this product has a lot of potential. 1-on-1 meetings are important. I'll take a look at it - as a product manager, I think I could use it too 😉
