Run beta tests, lots of 'em. Get real users to poke holes in your product. Fix bugs, optimize for speed, all that good stuff.

First, focus on product-market fit. Without it, growth is a myth. Next, make sure your user onboarding is slick; a confused user is a lost user. Network like your life depends on it - in startup land, it does. Finally, don't underestimate the power of great customer service; it can be a game changer.

There is no public road map here. Actually, I find them to be somewhat limiting. I prefer the ability to change course without disappointing others.
Do you keep a public roadmap ?

Definitely a mix for me. Organic traffic's awesome for long-term growth, SEO optimization is key here.
Is your primary traffic driver paid or organic?

It's a toss-up. Third-party services are super convenient, but I'm always wary about what data I'm sharing. Email and password seems safer, if less smooth.
Do you prefer signing in to a website with your email and password or with third-party services?

We were so eager to get our startup off the ground that we didn't do enough market research. It was a hard lesson to learn when we found ourselves struggling. But after that, we committed to understanding our customers' needs and market trends better. In the end, our failure helped us pivot our business model and grow.
Share your biggest 'failure' that turned into a learning opportunity.

Managing a team was a major change from coding and analyzing data all day. I learned to listen well. To ensure our goals were aligned, I needed to know my team members' concerns and goals.
