Hi and cheers to the intentions! I'm wondering what similar initiatives you looked at, and how you found this wasn't overlapping with other efforts. Or how you are thinking about allying with, say, SVRising or other labor efforts? Also... asking for a friend, who is me... would ageism fall into the purview of this effort?
