Hi Philip, fellow tech enthusiast over hereโบ๏ธ
Most expensive lesson I have learnt in testing software is this:
When looking for feedback on a software, ASK YOUR IDEAL USERS.
Potential users give feedback based on emotion. If you score this emotion right by applying their advice to your software, you've scored big.
About to check out your software now.
If it is cool, I'll share it with some...

Hi Ben
Just need more insight:
How many percent of your tasks have you delegated to other people/AI??
With your answer, I can share a valid response that will make you tick every task on your to-do๐
How do you balance time spent building vs. everything else (evangelizing, funding, networking...)?

Hey Alex,
It's 24 days already and I hope by now, you are a bit relieved.
I have experienced similar situations to yours in the past so I feel obligated to pitch in:
You are handling too many responsibilities for one person
Instead of burning out, personally pick out/hire your 'Board Of Trustees'
Your Board of Trustees should be made up of at most, 5 people who share your work values.
They...

Thing to keep in mind here on PH(also the reason I'm so late in joining this platform) ๐:
If your product is not beneficial to saas founders, it won't grow well here.
If your target market are not tech heads, they aren't here.
So you need to be build a community around your target audience, wherever they are and then, lead them here to your ship page.
What things should we keep in mind before building a PH Ship page?

Umm, have you tried asking some of these customers to HONESTLY review your product before you launched it?
They will be the one to upvote it on the day of launch. And with Work Of Mouth, they will spread the word to colleagues likely benefit from your product.
Just like that, you began a community.
Self volunteering to test your product before launch if it's okay with you ๐
How to know if my products will be appealing to consumers before launching?

Just joined Product Hunt about 3 days back but, I've worked closely with good number of software launches.
Our main goal regardless of software type or audience, is to get users.
Let someone in our target audience sigh with relief and go, 'yes, finally someone thought of this solution'.
And for our less excited users, we ask them what we could do better.
If we launch a product and can't get...
What was your main goal for launching?

Bringing this up means you care about work sticking with work and personal sticking with personal.
Sorting out your emails this way helps with distraction so, if well categorized emails helps you focus more, now will be the time to cut over.
Better late than ever.
And as for the deleting and rewriting option, it depends on how many comments you are dealing with.
If it's a lot of comments,...

Hey Alessandroโ
I pick quality.
many luxury brands pick quality.
the Law of Demand and Supply picks quality.
everytime.
A short example:
you have few high quality products and you let your buyers know.
with good copywriting, you trigger your customers' scarcity mindset and guess what?
they rush for your products.
because you give the best everytime, your customers want to get your products...
