If you're only thinking about user flows at the design stage, you're a little late in the process... You should have a comprehensive understanding of the user flow and communicate to everyone involved before you start the design. Traditionally user flow diagrams are just words in boxes - it would be good to see how this tool enhances that workflow.

Instagram's app strategy really confuses me. You can already message each other in the main app, just add this extra functionality there? Same with their others apps - really annoying having a fragmented suite of apps to do stuff on one platform. Also that icon does not gel so well with the rest of the family.

I love the concept. Only way to do this previously was expensive and involved visiting a specialist store to have mould taken of your ears by injecting goop in there.
