A favorite feature: An option that attempts to bypass data sampling in Google Analytics. Better reporting! Pros: Powerful integration with most major platforms. Utilization is fairly straight forward and the results are very helpful. Cons: Learning the quirks of each platform's API can be a challenge, and customer support for unique cases can be (perhaps understandably) sparse.
