Very cool and I think this can be very useful. Might be worth adding a delayed send option for people working alongside others in different time zones.

I'm not sure what the issue is. What's the concern? People who perform well in a large company can potentially perform poorly in a small company. The reverse is possible as well. What's the measure of a "great performer"?

What price-point is your product or service?

Yeah. It works but I don't do it often. I try it out from time to time to reorient myself.
