I think it's better to talk to these customers to see what their issue and feedback is, and to see if you can resolve it. You gain nothing from just issuing a refund, in my opinion it's better to talk it out with dissatisfied customers first, as it's a great opportunity to learn / get feedback. Also you can sometimes make it right with them.

Thanks @aditgupta for the nice comments :) @bentossell I haven't discovered any conclusive effects regarding cheese - but I found that increasing time in direct sunlight, mainly around noon, increased the frequency and recall of my dreams - I began to experience dreams 4-5 times per week and was able to recall them!
