Terrible experience for collectors where they hold your purchases hostage on their platform until you pay a fee to withdraw them. I've been waiting on a withdrawal since April. Their community manager, Aisha, told me that the free withdrawals would happen when gas prices fell below 40 gwei, but after several weeks of <20 gwei gas prices, my NFTs still have not withdrawn.
