Been using the product for about a week and the return rates are promising. I've used a LOT of REIT products in the past (and things like FundRise, RealtyMogul, etc.) and though I still like REITs, they focus a lot on large multi-unit properties and they tie up funds for 3-5 years typically. Landa focuses on smaller multi-unit and individual homes, which feels like a useful diversification in...

the two drugs that are killing me on price are Latuda and Viibryd. I was disappointed that those two aren't in the drug list.

I remember that when wealthfront was still kaching this was their model. I don't remember why they pivoted away from that model.

Really great design and super simple but effective at starting conversations. Animations and gestures are super smooth and intuitive. I love this.

I love that folks are trying to make workflows and tab management more productive, but my god... I can't handle anymore subscriptions. I'd suggest to the founders to consider this a single, one-time purchase business model instead of a subscription. Unless users really need some monthly value from your product (i.e. productivity coaching) or there's some inherent cost you incur monthly (i.e....

I"m a big fan of Adalo as I feel like they struck the right (and very elusive) balance of flexibility and ease-of-use. This component marketplace was the last big missing piece of their platform to allow custom components by those that know how to build them to benefit all those who want to work in a no-code platform. This team is so smart and moving so quickly to bring an affordable and...

Had a Cafecito call with Jeremy the other day and learned a lot about the problem he's trying to solve. While there are other tools out there for verifying a single piece of content's originality, Jeremy's product gets at the problem of plagiarism for broader sets of content and focusing on helping with search engine ranking. It's a real problem that lots of content producers and content...

I look forward to buying one of these in a couple years on a secondary market like OfferUp when it's more accessible price-wise. Glad to see they're taking portable computing seriously and giving Surface a challenge.

Why are both of these new apps available for iOS only? You'd think that Facebook would be using React or React Native to produce these so that they'd be available on both platforms...

I don't want to be a hater, but there have been many attempts at this before: a lightweight switcher/organizer between chrome webviews. I have used most of them (Station, Rambox, Franz & Wavebox) and I like them for a couple months but then run into some quirk where the web application assumes it's running in a "proper" web browser and it starts to feel clunky. Keyboard shortcuts (being...

Can someone describe how this is fundamentally different from ReserveAmerica? Apart from the improved UX (which, admittedly, is leaps and bounds better than ReserveAmerica) how does really change the fundamentals of the business? What keeps ReserveAmerica from doing a big UX update and having the same product?
