What would make it better? Um, that I could actually use the card! I waited 2 weeks for them to print it up and post it out then when I finally did receive it I can't even use it! They said the top up feature (how you top up the card to use at an ATM) isn't operational. Would have been good if they had put that on their site before I ordered it and locked away 200 of their stupid downtrending...
