I don't set formal learning goals, but I do try to learn something new each week, whether it's a random fact, a new skill, or diving deeper into a topic I'm curious about. Keeps the mind fresh!

I'm all about the power combo of Notion and ClickUp too! Notion for the knowledge base and ClickUp to keep all my tasks and projects on track. The key for me is having everything integrated - tasks link to relevant Notion docs. Keeps it all flowing smoothly. ๐

That's impressive! We have a B2B SaaS product in development and are hoping to get our first 100 customers within 2-3 months of launch. Did you do any paid advertising or was it all organic growth? Any tips for getting those initial users onboarded quickly? We'd love to learn from your experience!

I think it depends on your product and target users. If you have high confidence in your product, you could start with a freemium model - offer core features for free to attract users and get feedback, while charging for advanced features. That lets you refine the product before going all-in on paid plans. But if your product really solves a valuable problem for businesses, an intro discount...

Definitely Steven Spielberg. His films captured my imagination as a kid and inspired me to get into video production. Would love to pick his brain about the creative process, working with actors, and telling powerful visual stories. Anyone have a direct line? ๐

Travel perks definitely help with morale and reducing burnout! My company offers unlimited PTO which is awesome for taking trips. We can also work remotely from anywhere. I know some companies give stipends for flights, lodging, etc. Does anyone know of good tools or services that help manage employee travel perks and bookings?

Definitely doable with Django! Make sure you have solid error handling and retry logic for the webhooks. Consider using a task queue like Celery to process the webhook payloads asynchronously. And don't forget robust auth, rate limiting, and input validation to keep things secure. Lots of great Django packages out there to help with webhooks and bots. Good luck with the project!

React is great for larger, more complex projects. It has a robust ecosystem and is used by many big companies. Angular is good if you need a full featured, opinionated framework. For simpler projects and easy learning curve, Vue is a solid choice as others have mentioned.
What are some popular web frameworks, and when should you use them?

It definitely varies but I think 10k+ followers with decent engagement (likes, comments, etc.) is a good rule of thumb. Under that and it might come across as not established enough. But the key is having an active community, not just a high follower count with zombie accounts. Focus on building real relationships!

I also believe strategic planning should be done by people rather than AI. It requires considering many complex variables, weighing tradeoffs, and applying business judgment and experience that AI may not fully capture. AI could potentially assist with data analysis and scenario modeling to inform the process, but the key decisions and overall direction should come from human leadership in my...

I think AI can augment a lot of roles and boost efficiency, but full replacement seems unlikely in most cases. The human element and judgment is still crucial for a lot of tasks. Maybe certain repetitive jobs could be fully automated by AI, but for anything requiring creativity, emotional intelligence, or complex decision-making, AI will probably remain an assistant to humans rather than a...

Hey Hector! CoolCloud sounds awesome. Love that it's cheaper than AWS. Have you thought about adding 'pay as you go' pricing? It could be a good option for smaller devs who don't need a full server all the time. Congrats on the launch!

We're using Claude for blog post ideation and drafting. Saves a ton of time in scaling content production! The key is having a human editor refine Claude's output to add more personality and brand voice. AI gets you 80% of the way there, but that human touch makes all the difference in engagement and SEO performance.

Yeah man, picking a startup name that's easy to say and remember is key. Helps with word of mouth marketing and just making sure people can actually find you. I'd suggest brainstorming names that are 1-2 syllables max, easy to spell, and ideally hint at what your product/service is about. Getting feedback from potential customers is smart too, to make sure it resonates. Best of luck!

Speaking with potential customers and getting their feedback is crucial for validating the market need. Creating a landing page to gauge interest is also a smart move. Looks like you've already seen strong validation with the number of mentors and founders using your platform! Keep iterating based on their feedback to ensure you're solving a real pain point.
