As a current Day One fellow, I would have loved a program like Day Zero to help explore our ideas in a more intentional, knowledgeable, and community-supported way. YAY!

Really easy to use and set up, very responsive support (didn't need help, was just wondering about future capabilities). They seem genuinely interested in hearing what my needs are. Lots of features available in freemium version while you build up and test out your process. We'll definitely convert to paid when we're ready - it's nice not to feel pressure to do that from the start.
