Perfect timing that I find this — we are looking to do a rebrand in the next few months and can't wait to try to this out. I have seen some text a doula services, wondering if there are any shortcomings you foresee with an AI-based app vs. a doula on the other end, and your solutions to it? The economics and scalability definitely make it seem very worth it for this application! Excited to use it in the future!
