Have been using Intercom at Pretty Instant for years now and this integration will be a great improvement to our workflow! Pros: Super convenient to stay in Slack when responding to our site visitors. Cons: Doesn't yet support all of the features that Intercom has to offer, but excited for future updates and functionality
