The first block of your website needs to do something, because just telling us what your site does no longer helps. People have become highly visual creatures and no longer read even microcopy. It's a saturated space and now virtually impossible to build a presence there unless you're a celebrity of sorts and open a new account there.

Work on the smallest, easiest thing. It will provide momentum and inspiration to work on up from there. Start with making your bed in the morning, straightening the papers on your desk, checking the mail, preparing a healthy breakfast or snack. You'll find that you'll get unstuck as soon as you start doing the little things.
