Hi, writer here! Along with the recommendations given by others here, I would say that content needs to grab the reader immediately with the first few words, and then become a human interest story. What do I mean by that? 'Human interest' would be a story about how someone solved a problem, or how they found their way out of a hardship. After writing content for newsletters for the past 15...

The first block of your website needs to do something, because just telling us what your site does no longer helps. People have become highly visual creatures and no longer read even microcopy.
If you go to my site, Timberdog.com, the very first thing you see is a looping mp4 video of two actors and a dog demo-ing my product. This immediately shows - not tells - you what you're working...

This question is being asked very often in the forum. Hunters don't do much anymore, and they charge exorbitantly for various services (often under the guise of "Buy me a coffee!" which leads to expensive consultations). Also, they don't know your product like you do. On top of it all, they're often oversubscribed and don't give your emails, concerns, product, and launch the attention it...
🍀Do you plan to hunt your own product or you are going with hunter?

RuffRest is the Swiss Army Knives of pet beds. Whereas most dog beds are static, bulky pieces of foam covered in velour, RuffRest is made to go on any adventure. Built to tank-like specifications with military grade nylon, RuffRest opens like a suitcase, organizes your pet's items, and comes with a built-in, 3 season sleeping bag.
Give me an elevator pitch of your product 😁

It's a saturated space and now virtually impossible to build a presence there unless you're a celebrity of sorts and open a new account there.

I'd learn bushcrafting, survival skills, and homesteading. Seems like our earth is headed towards midnight at mach speed, and I've always wanted to learn these things anyway.

Timberdog - because I wanted to convey rugged, outdoors, wild, adventure. It's also a play on words because for every dog bed sold, I plant two trees in partnership with One Tree Planted to further my goal of becoming carbon negative. Finally, my dog - who is our company mascot - also has high wolf gene, and wolves are often called timber dogs.

Work on the smallest, easiest thing. It will provide momentum and inspiration to work on up from there. Start with making your bed in the morning, straightening the papers on your desk, checking the mail, preparing a healthy breakfast or snack. You'll find that you'll get unstuck as soon as you start doing the little things.
How do you deal with lack of motivation & procrastination?
