The question is do I use “assumed closing”? No, negotiations are mutually reached without assumptions, due to nature of work, I enter into contracts with a mutually beneficial outcome as the focus and In agreement - that benefit is realized by other party “Not assumed by anyone” or I walk away.
Do you use “assumed closing” during negotiations?
