EVERYONE is someone or knows someone that has a bunch of unfinished products. If people can just continue from where others stopped, it might get cheaper to get to MVP in a way that makes everyone benefit.
This is such a great idea. Wishing you the best Simon! Upvoted!!

We got a huge shoutout by a client today - the second in one week. https://twitter.com/_baretto/status/1523648722483089408
Building a content marketing agency that really feels like an extension of your own marketing team is something we set out to do, but hasn't been really easy.
It was inspiring to see that tweet, and it makes it all worth it :)
This week, I'll be working on a blog post...
Let's begin Monday morning with some inspiration. What are you working on and what inspired you?

Joined Ramen club early this year and it's been fantastic!
Everyone is happy to support, give feedback and encourage. It's easy to find people who would help review your landing page. Or help think through your business model.
A/B testing? Ramen Club members will volunteer and give you feedback so detailed your eyes will grow moist.
I've met a good number of friends that I'm grateful for....

At what point do/did you feel comfortable enough to launch?
I've worked with a bunch of early stage founders over the years and the right point to start telling people about what you're building seems more art than science.
My rule of thumb for:
Subscription model: When you have 5 people who pay you, and pay you again, and don't hate you.
One-off purchases: When one person buys, and tells someone else, and they also buy.
It doesn't at all mean your...

Tying in keywords research, social listening and Google trends helped us improve our process for prioritizing content to be produced.
It was great to bring some objectivity into selecting what our content order, and 3 - 6 months content plan, should be.
What are some SEO hacks that surprised you with their efficacy?

Multiple perspectives create greater perceptions of depth.
We complement Marketing Leads and Founders' effort to reach and speak to their target audience the way they would like to be spoken to.
It's important for us to know how to speak to different people. We've benefitted a lot from having a diverse team by virtue of their wealth of unique experiences.
Wouldn't trade that for anything.
What role do diversity and inclusion play in your work?

1. Outdoor swimming in the winter is rarely worth it.
2. The only person that needs to believe in you is you... and people in your closest knit group. Seriously, life is hard enough. You don't need the people closest to you making things difficult too. Also be that person for others :)
What is the main lesson you have learned in life?

Hubspot! A marketer's Swiss knife. And I use LanguageTool, an alternative for Grammerly, of course.

1. How quickly I'm able to derive value. If I'm able to get value in very short time, then it helps my entire evaluation timespan stay efficient. So I'll try. If I have to jump through multiple hoops... no telling where I might land.
2. Social proof: Has this tool worked for a customer like me? What were the actual results? Warmth from existing customers go a long way :)
3. Pricing: I haven't...

Direct messages, LinkedIn communities.
We helped a bunch of clients get LinkedIn going and communities made all the difference.
It isn't very easy to find active communities around your niche, but one or two is usually enough to get the temp rolling. If people love your posts, they'd connect and allow you DM.
Also if you ask nicely they could connect you to a few other people.
Did you try LinkedIn to attract users? Please share your experience.

Building hera.marketing because it would be great if great ideas could easily be backed by great marketing. Founders without marketing experience shouldn't have a disadvantage.
My first startup didn't work out because our marketing sucked. Same idea, similar product and execution became a million dollar company by a different found few months after we packed up. Had a chat with the founder,...

It ultimately boils down to my gut, but I would do as much research as I can.
My company helps startups talk to prospective customers online and nurture conversations on different things. I've learnt in all this that listening constantly to my target audience explain their problems/frustrations paints a good picture in my head about what the ecosystem of my solution should optimally be.
