Bre Fishburn

I ordered a product 3 months ago, never received shipping confirmation, also never received my product!! This is downright theft. I paid $66.89 for a product that apparently has no tracking ability and I will never receive. Has anyone had this happen? I've emailed the company more than once and have received NO response!
